The medium can communicate with the deceased or spiritual guides, but the seer is a person who has extrasensory perceptual abilities that allow him to gain information about an individual, an event, or an object. . A seer can sense, hear, and see things that are invisible to the ordinary person. The clairvoyant generally puts his gift at the service of people wishing to obtain in-depth information about their situation, whether it is about the future, the present or the past.
How does clairvoyance work
If the principle of clairvoyance is quite easy to assimilate, it is different for the understanding of its functioning. Some clairvoyants have difficulty understanding how their gift works, even though they have experienced it since childhood. It is, however, all about electromagnetic energy and the tiny particles that make the universe.
Indeed, it should be known that everything in the world consists of particles or data that can be broken down and explored. Unlike most people, the seer has the ability to see how these many particles interact with each other and on a larger scale. This phenomenon can be compared to the visualisation of a fabric made of thousands or millions intricate threads that fit together to create a larger object. A clairvoyant thus has the power to visualize this fabric by looking at only one thread. Thus, it is not surprising that seeing a single number causes vision in a seer.

About Annecy
Annecy (US: AN-ə-SEE, ahn-SEE, French: [ansi] (listen); Arpitan: Èneci or Ènneci) is the prefecture and largest city of the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of Southeastern France. It lies on the northern tip of Lake Annecy, 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Geneva, Switzerland. Nicknamed the "Pearl of French Alps" in Raoul Blanchard's monograph describing its location between lake and mountains, the city controls the northern entrance to the lake gorge. Due to a lack of available building land between the lake and the protected Semnoz mountain, its population has remained stagnant, around 50,000 inhabitants, since 1950. However, the 2017 merger with several ex-communes extended the city population to 126,924 inhabitants and 170,753 for its urban area, placing Annecy seventh in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
