Cindy was wonderful to work with. She did exactly what she said she would and followed up. Also, although I've decided to stay with the coverage I currently have, she thought ahead and has offered to contact me again before next years renewal. I don't think I've ever been offered a call back like that. I think that's fantastic! Thank you Cindy!
